THE PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING RIGHT NOW

In Morocco, a huge 6.8 magnitude earthquake struck before midnight on Friday the 8th of September, killing THOUSANDS of people. Sadly, the poverty-stricken areas have been impacted the most, so many who were already destitute, are now living on the streets waiting for aid.

Not far away in Libya, two dams collapsed after extremely heavy rainfall causing a massive flood which more or less destroyed the city of Derna. Sadly, 10,000 people are feared dead and many more are missing as the water destroyed everything in its path and swept it out to sea, including many men, women and children.

The disasters in Morocco and Libya have had a devastating impact on communities, leaving them vulnerable and in dire need of our assistance.

Homes have been destroyed, families separated, and livelihoods shattered. As we come together as one Ummah, we can make a difference in the lives of those who are suffering.

Your support is essential in providing immediate relief to those affected by these disasters. Mercy To Humanity is on the ground ensuring that the people of Morocco and Libya receive the assistance they urgently require, such as tents, housing, food packs, clean drinking water, hot meals, hygiene kits and blankets for those who are suffering.
